Sculpture Models: Real Production Cuts from the Workshop

The story of a sculpture begins with the first mark pressed into clay. Every sculpture model produced in the Heykel.org workshop takes shape on clay before being brought to life with fiberglass — a material both durable and capable of carrying the spirit of any space. In this video, you will follow different stops along that production journey through real cuts selected from various projects.

From Form to Character: The Unique Identity of Each Model

The mane of a lion's head, the tension in a bull's muscles, every fold of the military coat and kalpak on the Mustafa Kemal Pasha bust — none of these details are accidental. The sculpture production works carried out in our workshop are meticulously crafted from the clay stage onward so that each model carries its own character. The female figure holding scales as a symbol of justice, along with every other piece in this video, is a concrete reflection of that care. Producing a model is not merely pulling out a form — it is placing meaning within it.

Fiberglass: Where Art Meets Permanence

Clay is the first language through which the sculptor carries thought into space; fiberglass is where that language becomes permanent. At Heykel.org, all fiberglass sculptures are completed following the detailed work carried out on clay. This method produces lightweight and long-lasting works suited for both interior spaces and exterior facades. Every model you see in this video is the product of that production philosophy.

Model Production at Heykel.org: From the Workshop, Not a Catalog

No sculpture model leaving our workshop is a repetition from a catalog. Whether a large bull sculpture, a historical bust, or a symbolic figure — every piece is produced from scratch for that order, that space, and that vision. The works in this video are real production footage compiled from various Heykel.org projects. If you see a sculpture model as a permanent identity carved into your space, you are in the right place.

Sculpture Models FAQ

Sculptures produced at the Heykel.org workshop begin with clay, but true durability comes at the fiberglass casting stage. After all detail work is completed on clay, the piece is produced in fiberglass — a material that performs reliably indoors and outdoors for years. It resists moisture, temperature changes, and mechanical impact. With the right surface treatment and paint, it also offers protection against UV rays. Every piece delivered from Heykel.org is produced with long-term use in mind.

No piece produced at the Heykel.org workshop is a repetition of a standard mold. Every order is designed from scratch according to the dimensions of the space, the proportions required by the architecture, and the client's specific needs. Any scale can be worked on, from a small tabletop ornament to a monumental outdoor sculpture. Since dimensions and proportions are confirmed at the clay stage before fiberglass production begins, there are no surprises at delivery. Simply contact our workshop for a sculpture model tailored to your space.

Fiberglass sculpture models produced at Heykel.org can be delivered in any desired color and surface effect. A wide range of finishes can be applied, including bronze patina, stone texture, gold leaf, and matte or gloss solid colors. The painting process is planned according to the space where the piece will be used and its overall atmosphere. UV-resistant paints are preferred for outdoor use. Every coloring process is carefully carried out by our workshop, and surface quality is inspected before delivery.

Heykel.org has sculpture models with ready-made molds. These are pieces produced previously whose molds are kept in our workshop; multiple orders can be placed for the same model. However, unlike mass production, each casting is still carried out by hand in our workshop and surface treatment and painting are applied individually. You can get in touch to view our existing molds or place an order for these models. For an original model without an existing mold, a new production process is initiated from scratch.

There are multiple ways to place a sculpture model order through Heykel.org. You can use the order buttons on the relevant product page, fill out the form on our contact page, send a message via our GSM or WhatsApp line, or reach us by email. Every order process begins with a preliminary consultation; production starts only after the space, dimensions, material, and design details are confirmed. Our workshop responds to every inquiry and keeps you informed at every step of the process.

The price of a sculpture model is shaped by three main factors: material, size, and level of artistic detail. The material used can be fiberglass, polyester, or various composites, each with a different cost. As size increases, both material and labor time rise accordingly. Artistic detail is the most distinctive factor in pricing; every element requiring craftsmanship — fine reliefs, facial expressions, clothing details — is reflected in the price. At Heykel.org, pricing is communicated transparently after all project requirements have been assessed.
