After all details are finalized and the initial payment is made, the production process begins. You will be informed and consulted at every stage of the process.

To achieve the closest resemblance to your mother, it is essential to submit clear, high-resolution, and large-format photographs. If possible, photos taken from multiple angles should be included, covering front, side, and rear views. The photos should clearly show facial features, hair structure, and body proportions. Reference photos illustrating the desired pose can also be included. The more high-quality photos provided, the greater the level of resemblance achieved in the final sculpture.

The production time for a mother sculpture varies depending on the current workload of our workshop and the size and complexity of the sculpture. In general, the production process is completed within 1 to 3 months. During this period, multiple stages are carried out, including clay modeling, approval, casting, and surface finishing. You will be informed of the estimated delivery date prior to placing your order, and priority production options may be considered for urgent projects.

Yes, clay model approval is a mandatory stage in our production process. After your order is registered, the clay modeling work begins, and customer approval is obtained through photographs at the initial stage. When the clay model reaches its final stages, photographs are shared again, and any corrections are made at this point. Once the clay model is approved, the casting process takes place, and no changes to the form can be made after casting. For this reason, it is essential that the approval process is carried out carefully and thoroughly.

Yes, mother sculptures are delivered to all cities in Turkey with safe and high-quality shipping. International deliveries are also available, with all necessary measures taken for international cargo and logistics. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are determined based on the size of the sculpture and the delivery address. Special packaging methods are applied to protect against damage during transit, and all necessary precautions are taken to ensure the sculpture arrives safely.

Any damage that occurs during the production and delivery process is the responsibility of our workshop. Identified damages are repaired free of charge by returning the product to our workshop, or replaced if necessary. Damages that occur after delivery are not covered under this responsibility. Therefore, it is important to carefully inspect the product upon delivery and immediately notify us of any damage. Customer satisfaction is always our top priority.
