Lion Mask Order FAQ
An order for the Lion Mask can easily be placed by clicking the “I want to purchase” button on the product page. We will get back to you using the contact information you provide and request further details. Alternatively, you can reach us through the phone numbers listed on our contact page or send us a message via WhatsApp. Since information regarding production, shipping, and payment varies depending on the product, we will exchange details with you directly. In some cases, preparing a quotation may take a little longer.
Because the Lion Mask is made of durable fiberglass, special protective packaging materials are used during shipping. However, although rare, damage may still occur during transit. If the product arrives damaged, please take photos immediately after opening the package and send them to us together with the shipping delivery report. Based on this information, the product repair process will be initiated promptly. The cost of returning the damaged product will not be charged to the customer. To ensure a quick resolution, it is important to report the damage shortly after the delivery date.
The return and exchange conditions for the Lion Mask, as well as for all of our other sculptures, are quite strict. In other words, once a product has been shaped in clay and approved, it cannot be returned or modified. This is a non-negotiable rule. However, any damage that occurs during shipping while your commissioned product is being delivered to you is our responsibility. We cannot accept responsibility for any circumstances other than this, because each sculpture is the result of a painstaking, months-long process and is created according to the customer’s individual specifications.
We accept payment only by bank transfer. Installment payments are not available; however, for projects that take a longer time to complete, the payment can be conveniently arranged in stages as an initial payment, an interim payment, and a final payment. Before the shipment prepared to deliver the product to you leaves, the total agreed amount for the work must have been transferred to our workshop.
