Product photos and images of team employees absolutely cannot be used without permission. However, other photos except these can be used by citing the source and providing the Heykel.org link. Company logos in the reference section are used with permission from the relevant companies. The use of these logos by third parties is prohibited.

Ownership of Ordered Sculptures

When the customer places the order and pays the full product price, the physical ownership of the sculpture belongs to them. However, the artistic design and production of the sculpture belong to the Heykel.org workshop. Our company has the right to use the sculptures it produces as reference photos on the website, social media, and promotional materials along with the company logo. Customers are deemed to have accepted this situation by placing an order.

Order and Payment Terms

Order Process

Sculpture orders are created as a result of direct consultation with the company manager. Payment terms, installment options, and payment methods are decided together with the customer during the order agreement and added to the written contract. Each order is special and there is no standard payment plan.

Advance Payment

Advance payment is received for material procurement in sculpture production. The advance payment rate and amount are determined according to the order size and specified in the contract. The production process is not initiated without advance payment.

Pricing

Prices stated on the website are for informational purposes and may not reflect the exact order price. The final price is determined according to the sculpture's size, material, level of detail, and special requests. The price specified in writing in the order contract is valid. Changes in raw materials and exchange rates do not affect the price after the contract.

Cancellation and Return Terms

Sculpture order cancellation and return terms are explained in detail on the Delivery and Return page of our website. Please be sure to read this page before placing an order. In summary, cancellation and return operations are not accepted after production has started.

Product Information and Images

Accuracy of Product Information

Sculpture dimensions, weights, material information, and technical features on the website are precise information. However, there may be millimetric differences due to them being handmade products. Significant changes are notified to the customer before the order.

Visual Differences

Product photos are real images taken with professional equipment. However, color and texture differences may be seen due to the environment where the photo was taken, lighting conditions, and the production stage the product is in. Especially bronze patina colors and painted surfaces may vary under different light. This situation is not considered a product defect. Expectations are clarified by detailed visual sharing before the order.
