In the first stage, a draft drawing is prepared and submitted for your approval. Following drawing approval, the clay modelling stage begins. Once this stage is complete, photographs of the clay model are shared and your approval is obtained once again. After approval, production is completed through the casting and surface finishing stages. Regular updates are provided throughout the entire process.
Order cancellation or change requests are accepted before production begins. Changes made before the clay modelling stage is completed may not require an additional fee; however, significant changes made after this stage is completed may incur additional costs. Once the casting stage has begun, cancellation is not possible. For this reason, we recommend carefully reviewing the draft drawing and clay model approval stages. Change requests must be communicated to us as soon as possible through our contact channels.
