Quality Policy
As Heykel.org, we have built our understanding of quality on customer satisfaction and artistic excellence. We consider each project not just a product, but a work of art that embodies our customers' dreams. With this awareness, we work meticulously at every stage of the production process, aiming to achieve the highest standards. At the heart of our quality policy are two main goals: ensuring customer satisfaction at the highest level and achieving aesthetic excellence with perfect resemblance in the sculptures we produce.
Customer-Oriented Production Process
The most distinctive feature of our quality control is that we involve our customers in every stage of the production process. When we take on a sculpture project, the first step is to conduct a detailed meeting with our customer. In this meeting, expectations, technical details, and aesthetic preferences are clarified. Then, digital visuals are prepared by our professional graphic designers and presented to the customer. At this stage, we do not proceed to any physical production without obtaining the full approval of our customer. After the graphic design is approved, the actual production process begins in our workshop.
Our communication with the customer continues uninterrupted during the production phase. When the sculpture work reaches the retouching stage, photos or videos of the processes performed up to that point are sent to the customer, and their opinions are obtained. Necessary adjustments are made in line with this feedback, and the retouching process begins. After the retouching is completed, the same process is repeated; detailed visuals about the final status are sent to the customer, and their final approval is awaited. In this way, our customer follows the development process of the sculpture step by step and has a say at every stage. This approach completely eliminates the risk of surprises or disappointments and maximizes customer satisfaction.
Commitment to Durability and Longevity
Another important dimension of our quality understanding is the durability of the sculptures we produce. To date, we have produced hundreds of sculptures, and no breakage, shedding, or serious structural problems have been reported in any of these works. This success is a result of our meticulousness in material selection, the professionalism of our production techniques, and the quality controls we perform at every stage. The bronze, marble, polyester, and all other materials we use are carefully selected to be long-lasting and durable. The techniques applied in casting, shaping, and finishing processes ensure that the works remain intact for years.
Although we do not provide a warranty after product delivery, this is not due to a lack of quality confidence, but on the contrary, it is a reflection of our confidence in the durability of the works we produce. Our customers can be sure that the sculptures they receive can be used for many years without any problems. In addition, we follow up on the final status by contacting our customers after the delivery is made and the product is assembled. In this way, if there is any malfunction, we can intervene immediately and guarantee customer satisfaction.
Education and Next Generation Artists
Our quality policy also has a social responsibility dimension. Our company offers free internship opportunities to students studying in the Sculpture Department of the Faculty of Fine Arts. Thanks to this program, students can produce their own sculptures using our workshop facilities or learn the intricacies of this art from our experienced sculptor. Contributing to the training of young artists, investing in the future of the sector, and supporting art education are among our corporate values. These training programs also ensure that the knowledge in our workshop is transferred from generation to generation and constantly renewed.
Error Management and Continuous Improvement
One of the most critical pillars of our quality policy is our understanding of error management and continuous improvement. Regardless of the stage of the production process, any error, deficiency, or improvement opportunity encountered is meticulously recorded. These records are securely stored in our own server system and analyzed regularly. Examining error records is an important data source to prevent similar problems from recurring in the future. Thanks to this analytical approach, we constantly improve our production processes, increasing efficiency and quality.
Our error records cover not only technical problems but also design changes, customer feedback, and process improvement suggestions. These records are evaluated in team meetings, and necessary actions are determined. Thus, each project turns into a learning opportunity that allows us to produce better results than the previous one.
And the Result
As Heykel.org, quality is not just a slogan for us, but a philosophy we live and apply every day. Our customer-oriented production approach, our commitment to durability, the importance we give to education, and our continuous improvement efforts are the cornerstones of our quality policy. We work to achieve perfection in every project and offer our customers not just a sculpture, but a lasting work of art. With our quality standards, our experience in the sector, and our commitment to customer satisfaction, we continue to be one of Turkey's leading sculpture workshops.
Customer Feedback and Transparency
We receive detailed feedback from our customers after each project. This feedback is the most important data source for our quality improvement processes. Our customer satisfaction rate is over 98%. As we mentioned before, we have not yet received a major problem report from the hundreds of sculpture products we have shaped.
