Father and Son Statue Order FAQ
For a bust order, it is recommended to submit at least 4 photographs taken from different angles. Clear images from the front, right, left, and back angles ensure the most accurate modeling of facial features and overall posture. The more photographs provided, the greater the realism of the bust. Photographs from different periods can also be submitted, allowing the most accurate and meaningful portrait to be created.
The ideal photo set consists of front, right, left, and rear angles. Clear images taken from these four angles allow for complete modeling of facial features, ear structure, hair details, and overall head shape. If it is not possible to provide all angles, at least a front and right profile image may be sufficient. Photographs that clearly show the face and ideally have a plain background make the modeling process significantly easier.
Yes, the revision process is an integral part of the ordering stage. Once the clay model is completed, photographs are shared with you and your approval is awaited. At this stage, you can request corrections for any details you are not satisfied with. After your approval, the mold-taking process begins. Once the mold is taken, no changes can be made to the form; however, surface details such as color, patina, and coating can still be updated after this stage.
The advance payment rate varies between 25 and 40 percent depending on the product and the scope of the order. The remaining balance is collected once the product is completed and ready for delivery. This payment structure has been established to ensure both the smooth progress of the production process and customer security. You can contact us during the ordering stage for detailed information about the payment plan.
Yes, a discount is applied for a second bust order of the same person. The primary reason for this is that the mold prepared during the first order can also be used for the second production. This both shortens the production time and reduces the cost. The second bust can also be ordered in a different size or color. Simply contact us before placing your order for detailed pricing information and discount rates.
Yes, photographs and videos are regularly shared with you throughout the production process. Detailed images are sent particularly when the clay model stage is completed, and your approval is obtained. This allows you to closely follow the process and request any necessary corrections in a timely manner. Our transparent production process is implemented to ensure that the final result meets your expectations.
