The double-headed eagle statue is quite durable as it is made of fiberglass, however it requires care during transportation and installation. Particularly the wing tips, talons, and head sections are more delicate areas as they require detailed craftsmanship. Before shipping, the product is packaged in specially designed foam molds and placed in wooden crates. All safety measures are taken by our professional teams during transportation. After delivery, installation is performed by our expert team, minimizing any risk of damage. Under normal usage conditions, it maintains its durability for many years.

Production work begins within 3-5 business days after the double-headed eagle statue order is confirmed and the 50% advance payment reaches our account. Your order is registered in our workshop and production planning is made. Since the statue mold is available, the initial mold preparation process is skipped and we proceed directly to fiberglass casting. We stay in contact with you throughout every stage of production and send photo and video updates upon request. The statue is completed within an average of 30-45 days. Production time may vary depending on the statues dimensions, special requests, and our workshops workload during that period. Delivery date is clearly communicated during order confirmation.

The double-headed eagle statue can be produced as one piece or in parts depending on its size. Our standard 450 cm tall model is usually shipped in 3-4 main parts for transportation convenience: body, two wings, and base. Wings are mounted to the body with specially designed stainless steel connection systems, joints are processed and painted invisibly. Installation is performed on-site by our professional team, connection points are secured with special polyurethane fillers and fiberglass reinforcement. When completed, it appears as one piece with no visible joint marks. Smaller models (under 200 cm) can also be shipped as one piece, but shipping costs are higher. Preferred installation method is determined during order.

The double-headed eagle statue weighs approximately 600 kg, but since this weight is distributed over a wide area on the base, the load per square meter is within normal floor resistance limits. For outdoor use, concrete floor, granite or marble coating are ideal placement surfaces. For indoor use, building load calculation is recommended, especially on upper floors where static engineer approval may be required. Special rubber pads or felt can be attached to the bottom of the base, preventing any scratching or marking on the floor surface. For floors without heavy load-bearing capacity (wooden floors, mezzanines, etc.), a smaller model is recommended or load distribution can be optimized with custom base design. Free floor inspection is performed before installation and necessary recommendations are provided.

The double-headed eagle statues talons are modeled in detail for realistic appearance, but safety is our priority. Although talon tips appear sharp, due to the fiberglass material structure they are not as hard as metal and tips are produced with slight rounding. For statues to be placed in public areas, schools, or near childrens playgrounds, as an extra safety measure talon tips can be made completely blunt without compromising visual aesthetics. The statues installation height is also important for safety; by increasing the base height, talons can be elevated to a level children cannot reach. If you express safety concerns during ordering, we produce special solutions. All our statues can be designed in compliance with child safety standards.

In the double-headed eagle symbol, traditionally the two heads look in opposite directions, representing east and west, past and future, or two different empires. In our standard model, the two heads also look in opposite directions (right and left), designed in fidelity to classical iconography. However, as a custom order, different designs such as both heads looking in the same direction, positioned upward or downward can also be made. The angle, expression and detail levels of the heads can be customized according to customer requests. 3D render images are prepared before ordering and submitted for your approval, so you can clearly see how the final product will look. We recommend the traditional design to preserve symbolic meaning, but you are the final decision maker.
