Nakhchivan State University Stone Sculpture Certificate

Sculptor Volkan Dogan actively participated in the preparation of stone sculptures within the scope of the international conference "Nakhchivan and Eastern Anatolian Monuments," jointly organized by Agri Ibrahim Cecan University of Turkey and Nakhchivan State University of Azerbaijan, held between April 25 and May 12, 2015. The certificate was signed by the Rector of Nakhchivan State University and ANAS correspondent member S. Maharramov, under the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
