Elazig Governorship Old Governorate Mixed Sculpture Exhibition

Sculptor Volkan Dogan, affiliated with heykel.org, was presented with a certificate of appreciation by Elazig Governorship for the mixed sculpture exhibition he held at the Old Governorate Building in Elazig between July 15-22, 2009. Volkan Dogan's work, which he exhibits in various cities, was met with appreciation by the Elazig Governorship. The certificate was signed by General Secretary Nazif Bilginoglu on behalf of the Governor.
