Elazığ Belediyesi Hükümet Konağı Heykel Katkısı

Sculptor Volkan Dogan, affiliated with heykel.org, was presented with a certificate of appreciation by Elazig Municipality for his interest and contribution to the mixed sculpture exhibition held at the Old Government Mansion in Elazig between July 15-22, 2009. Also commended by the Elazig Governorship during the same dates, Volkan Dogan's exhibition was appreciated by different institutions of the city. The certificate was signed by Elazig Municipality Deputy Mayor Av. Mehmet Kutlu.
