69th State Painting Sculpture Competition Achievement Certificate

Sculptor Volkan Dogan's work titled "Efendi," submitted to the Sculpture Competition within the scope of the 69th State Painting and Sculpture Competition organized by the Directorate General of Fine Arts of the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism, was deemed worthy of exhibition by the Selection Committee. The achievement certificate was signed by Ertugrul Gunay, then Minister of Culture and Tourism.
