3rd International Turkish Festival Certificate of Participation

Sculptor Volkan Dogan, affiliated with heykel.org, received a certificate of participation for attending the 3rd International Turkish Festival organized by the Gunes Vakfi (The Sun Foundation). This certificate, signed by Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan, President of Gunes Vakfi, was issued in recognition of the interest and contributions shown to the event held between May 17-19, 2012.
