As Heykel.org, we use professional shipping services to ensure that the artworks we produce reach you safely. We make the shipping company selection to ensure sculptures arrive more safely. We guarantee damage-free delivery of your products by working with experienced shipping companies specialized in special packaging.
Shipping Fee and Payment
Sculpture shipping fee belongs to the buyer and is not included in the product price. Shipping cost varies according to the sculpture's size, weight, and delivery address. The shipping fee is clearly calculated before order confirmation and notified to you. There are no hidden costs or additional fees.
Safe Transportation and Packaging
Sculptures are packaged with specially designed packaging materials to prevent damage during transportation. Multi-layer packaging is done using foam, styrofoam, wooden crates, and protective covers. Especially valuable works such as bronze sculptures, marble sculptures, and polyester sculptures are placed under maximum protection.
Delivery Time
Sculpture delivery time depends on two main factors: the size of the product and the region it is sent to. While delivery time varies between 3-7 days for small bust and figure sculptures, this period can extend up to 10-15 days for large-scale monument sculptures and complex compositions. For international shipments, delivery time is between 15-30 days. After production is completed, the estimated delivery date is notified to you and the cargo tracking number is shared.
Shipping Insurance and Damage Liability
Any damage, breakage, or harm that may occur during transportation is our company's responsibility. All sculpture orders are sent under shipping insurance coverage, and this is clearly stated in the sales contract. If a damaged product is detected during delivery, the return process is initiated and a new product is sent free of charge or a refund is made.
Receiving Delivery and Inspection
When the sculpture is delivered, the package should be opened in the presence of shipping personnel and the product should be inspected. If there is any damage, a report should be made and our company should be notified immediately. Damage liability is accepted when notification is made within 48 hours with damage photos and shipping report.
Sculpture Return Conditions
Sculpture production is a long-term and labor-intensive process carried out on an order-specific basis. Therefore, our return policy differs from other product categories.
Approval Mechanism in Production Process
From the moment your sculpture order is placed, we are in contact with you at every stage of the production process. Visual sharing is definitely made and your approval is obtained at the design sketch, clay model, mold preparation, and final retouching stages. We do not proceed to the next stage without customer approval. This way, it is guaranteed that the work you want will emerge when production is finished.
Non-Returnable Status
In sculpture production, the molding process is initiated after customer approval is obtained. Specially prepared molds are produced only for your order and cannot be used in another project. Additionally, the sculpture production process can take weeks or even months and requires intensive labor. For this reason, sculpture returns are not accepted after production has started.
Decision Making Before Order
Please clarify your decision before placing a sculpture order. Carefully evaluate your design, size, material, and color choices. During the order phase, our team provides you with detailed information, offers reference images, and conducts comprehensive discussions to understand your expectations. If you have any doubts during this process, state them clearly and ask all your questions.
Solution in Case of Production Error
If the produced sculpture does not conform to the design and features you approved, this situation is considered a production error. In such a case, the product is returned, reproduced, or a full refund is made. However, this is valid if the approved design is deviated from. Subjective reasons such as "I didn't like it when I saw it" are not covered by returns.
Damaged Product Return
Sculptures that arrive damaged during delivery are returned within the framework of the procedure specified above. In this case, new product shipment or refund is made under shipping liability.
