To place a custom figure sculpture order, simply fill out the order form located in the middle of our page. After entering the basic information about the project, your request will be forwarded to us. Our expert team will contact you as soon as possible to explain the process in detail. Filling out the order form completely and accurately is very important for a fast and smooth start to the production process. After the form, you will also be asked to provide your photographs and project details.
You need to fill in the basic information requested in the form on our page completely during the order stage. After the order confirmation, photographs of the person need to be sent to us for the sculpture to be produced. The photographs should contain clear images taken from the front, back, both sides and close-up face shots, which directly affects production quality. The more detailed the information and visuals provided, the higher the resemblance of the sculpture to the person and the quality of workmanship.
An official contract is prepared for your custom figure sculpture orders. The contract covers the production process, delivery date, payment terms and the rights and obligations of both parties. This ensures that the entire process is secured for both our customers and our company. The production process is not started without signing the contract. Due to the nature of custom production, determining all details in writing is of great importance to prevent possible disputes.
Customer approval is obtained at two critical stages in custom figure sculpture production. First, after the design process is completed, the graphic work is presented to you and your approval is awaited. The second approval stage takes place after the clay form is completed; at this stage, the general form, facial features and posture details of the sculpture are evaluated and approval is given for final production. Thanks to the approvals obtained at these two stages, a piece that fully meets your expectations is ensured to be produced.
Clear photographs taken from every angle should be sent for a custom figure sculpture order. In particular, detailed photographs taken from the front and close-up face shots are the most critical images for production quality. In addition, photographs taken from the right, left and back should also be sent. It is very important that the photographs are taken in daylight, against a plain background and in sharp focus. The more photographs provided, the higher the resemblance of the sculpture to the person will be.
If your custom figure sculpture is damaged during cargo, responsibility is determined according to the source of the damage. If the damage originates from the carrier company, the shipping company is held responsible and your sculpture is repaired with the damage cost covered. If the damage originates from our packaging, the repair is carried out by us. In both cases, all necessary steps are taken to ensure your sculpture is repaired as soon as possible and delivered to you completely. Documenting the damage with photographs will speed up the process.
