Yes, the entire logistics process from the departure of the completed monumental statue from our workshop until it reaches the delivery point specified by you is under the full responsibility and guarantee of our company. All possible malfunctions, scratches, breakages, or transportation damages that may occur during the shipping and transportation stage are covered by our company, and the process is carried out with an insured logic. Any logistical risk until the product is delivered and installation approval is received is compensated by our studio.

After the contract is signed, it is possible to make changes to the order before the design and clay modeling work of the statue, that is, the physical product manufacturing begins. However, once the physical manufacturing and production phases of the statue have started, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel the order or make radical design changes since product-specific material consumption is made and the project-specific labor process is activated. Therefore, it is of great importance to clarify your requests during the pre-production design stage.

For all projects we carry out for official institutions, municipalities, and corporations, the invoicing process is conducted in full compliance with legal regulations. All our product prices stated on our website or in our proposals are given excluding VAT (Value Added Tax). The official invoice of your order is issued close to the full completion date of the production process of the statue, prior to delivery and installation, and is transmitted to your accounting unit as an e-invoice or e-archive, legally protecting your corporate rights.
